Photo Booth Terminology
As an industry there are many terms which need a little explanation to help you know what you are hiring for your event.
Mirror Booth
Mirror photo booths are ultra-sleek touch screen mirrors that invite guests to capture customizable selfies directly through their reflection in the mirror.
These are attended hires, with props and offer your guests are fun way to receive a Printed and electronic Picture
Selfie Pod
Our pods are unattended hires, and focus on the digital sharing side as their main features allowing your guests to create photo's, Gif's, and Boomerangs that are instantly shared via QR code, email or text. Our Pods can also offer Data collection, Brand advertising, filters, video and more.
Backdrop
A Backdrop is just a screen which stands behind the guests to screen out other people, and the background of the room. It's also a good way in a room shared with a Disco to control lighgting to get a better quality picture.
Roamer
A handheld photo booth device that an attendant holds and “roams” around the event with. Good for outdoor events, or early on when guests are just settling in, we can take the photo booth to them.
